2、TESCO驗(yàn)廠最終產(chǎn)品規(guī)格和樂(lè)購(gòu)技術(shù)文庫(kù)(Finished Product Specifications & Tesco Technical Library*)

2.1 Agreed Specifications  約定規(guī)格
(1) Agreed Tesco Specifications must be in place for all launched products. Specifications must be agreed riting by both parties (electronic signatures are acceptable). by both parties (electronic signatures are acceptable).
對(duì)于上市的所有產(chǎn)品，必須有約定的樂(lè)購(gòu)規(guī)格書(shū)。規(guī)格必須由雙方以書(shū)面形式約定（可接受電子簽名）。

(2) All TTL specifications are active on or before the point at which products are on sale.
在產(chǎn)品正常銷(xiāo)售中或之前，所有在TTL 中的技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū)都必須是有效的。

(3) Copies of the specifications must be accessible on all production sites.
所有生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)都必須可獲得規(guī)格書(shū)的副本。


2.2 Content 內(nèi)容
Specifications must be fully completed with accurate information that describes the product, packaging and processing details.
規(guī)格必須全面，包括產(chǎn)品、包裝和加工細(xì)節(jié)的準(zhǔn)確信息描述。


2.3 Review評(píng)審
Specifications must be reviewed and re-agreed with Tesco when changes to product / process are made and to comply with the review date on the specification.
產(chǎn)品/加工過(guò)程發(fā)生改變時(shí)，必須對(duì)技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū)進(jìn)行評(píng)審并與樂(lè)購(gòu)再次確認(rèn)，并符合技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū)中的評(píng)估日期。


2.4 Internal Site Specifications 內(nèi)部工廠規(guī)格
Where sites transpose information from the Tesco Technical Specification to an internal document format (for use in the factory) systems must be in place to ensure accuracy of the information and ensure updates are made when applicable (controlled documents).
如果工廠將樂(lè)購(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)格文件的信息轉(zhuǎn)換到內(nèi)部文件格式中（供工廠內(nèi)使用），必須有相應(yīng)的體系確保信息的準(zhǔn)確性，適當(dāng)時(shí)確保信息的更新適用時(shí)（受控文件）。


2.5 Tesco Technical Library: Supplier & Sites Area 樂(lè)購(gòu)技術(shù)文庫(kù)：供應(yīng)商和工廠部分
(1) All details of the Supplier and the Site Record must be complete and accurate, e.g. Address, Telephone, Plant Approval No, Spec Type, Contact Roles and Details.
有關(guān)供應(yīng)商和工廠記錄的所有細(xì)節(jié)必須完整、準(zhǔn)確，例如，地址、電話、工廠許可證編號(hào)，規(guī)格類(lèi)型，聯(lián)系人和細(xì)節(jié)。

(2) A system must be in place to review and update the information.
必須具備相應(yīng)的體系評(píng)審并更新這些信息。


2.6 Tesco Technical Library: Specifications Area 樂(lè)購(gòu)技術(shù)文庫(kù)：規(guī)格書(shū)部分
(1) Tesco Technical Library specifications must be completed to Gold Standard as defined in the User Guides.
樂(lè)購(gòu)技術(shù)文庫(kù)規(guī)格書(shū)必須按照用戶指南中的最佳示范規(guī)定完成。

(2) The appropriate Gold Standard User Guide must be demonstrably in use.
適用的最佳示范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用指南必須被采用。

(3) The person responsible for specification approval must have attended Tesco Gold Standard Specification training.
負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)格批準(zhǔn)的人員必須參加過(guò)Tesco 的最佳示范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格書(shū)的培訓(xùn)。

(4) Product history must be traceable through the Specification History section.
根據(jù)歷史規(guī)格書(shū)部分，產(chǎn)品歷史必須可以追溯。

(5) Site Details on the front of the specification must reflect the site where the product is manufactured / packed.
規(guī)格前一部分的工廠信息必須能夠反映生產(chǎn)/包裝產(chǎn)品的地點(diǎn)。

(6) The Specification Status must reflect status of the product, e.g. where a product is delisted, the specification must be removed from Active status
規(guī)格書(shū)狀態(tài)必須反映產(chǎn)品的狀態(tài)，例如，如果產(chǎn)品從清單中刪除，規(guī)格書(shū)必須從活動(dòng)性狀態(tài)中清除。


2.7 Tesco Technical Library: Alerts Area 樂(lè)購(gòu)技術(shù)文庫(kù)：警報(bào)部分
The Alerts system is a key communication tool and all Alerts / Requests from the Tesco Technical Library must be responded to within the designated timescale.
警報(bào)系統(tǒng)是一種重要的溝通工具，所有來(lái)自Tesco 技術(shù)文庫(kù)的警報(bào)／請(qǐng)求，都必須在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)回應(yīng)。


2.8 Tesco Technical Library: Document Area 樂(lè)購(gòu)技術(shù)文庫(kù)：文件部分
(1) Site technical people must be familiar with the access points for Tesco documentation and the content relevant for their site.
工廠技術(shù)人員必須熟悉樂(lè)購(gòu)文件的訪問(wèn)點(diǎn)以及與他們工廠有關(guān)的內(nèi)容。

(2) It is the responsibility of sites or its respective agent to ensure that where Tesco COP (relevant to product / process) are in place, that they are aware of these and comply with the requirements.
確保樂(lè)購(gòu) COP（與產(chǎn)品/加工過(guò)程有關(guān)）得以實(shí)施是工廠或?qū)?yīng)的代理商的職責(zé)，工廠應(yīng)了解并符合相關(guān)要求。


2.9 Tesco Technical Library: My Workspace 樂(lè)購(gòu)技術(shù)文庫(kù)：我的工作空間
Site technical people or respective agent must be familiar with ‘My Workspace’ and respond appropriately to the designated tasks e.g. out of specification surveillance reports, audits and visits etc.
工廠技術(shù)人員或?qū)?yīng)的代理商必須熟悉“我的工作空間”，并對(duì)規(guī)格監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告、審核和參觀等工作中的指定任務(wù)做出合適的回應(yīng)
