General Access Control  TSC驗(yàn)廠一般訪問(wèn)控制要求

1.  Does the facility have a method in place to identify all employees that enter the warehouse and / or office facility? (This can be in form of Photo ID badge or other method).    
     工廠是否有適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒?，以確定進(jìn)入倉(cāng)庫(kù)或辦公設(shè)備的所有員工的身份？ （這可以體現(xiàn)在照片ID證章或其他形式）。
1.1  staff Photo badges or      員工的照片徽章或
1.2  factory uniform or      工廠制服或
1.3  electronic access control with PIN required     具有PIN碼的電子門禁控制要求

2.  Are all visitors requested to show identification or register with the security guard, prior to entering the warehouse and / or office facilities?    
     所有訪客進(jìn)入倉(cāng)庫(kù)和/或辦公設(shè)施之前保安是否請(qǐng)出示身份證或注冊(cè)？
2.1  do the security guards ask for ID
2.2  do the guards issue visitor badges
2.3  is there a visitor log with date/time for entering and exiting         訪客進(jìn)入和出去的日期/時(shí)間記錄

3.  Is there a procedure in place whereby all visitors are either issued a company visitor badge or escorted by an authorized employee onto the premises?    
    是否有適當(dāng)?shù)某绦?，使所有游客都出示任何一家公司參觀證或經(jīng)授權(quán)的雇員押運(yùn)進(jìn)入處所？
3.1  issuing security badges to visitors or        為游客發(fā)放安全徽章或
3.2  escorting visitors?        護(hù)送訪客？

4.  Is there a procedure to handle terminated employees to ensure keys,badges, etc. is returned to an authorized company representative before the employee leaves?    
    是否有程序來(lái)處理離職員工，以確保員工離開(kāi)之前鑰匙，徽章等都返回到授權(quán)處？
4.1  return all keys, badges, factory uniform and etc...       返回所有的鑰匙，徽章，廠服等。
4.2  and with signed record of returning keys, badges, factory uniform and etc…        簽署返回所有鑰匙，徽章，廠服的記錄。

5.  Does the facility have procedures for regular employment screening and interviewing of prospective employees, including application verifications and background checks (where allowed by law)?    
    工廠是否有正規(guī)就業(yè)的篩選程序來(lái)面試未來(lái)的員工，包括程序驗(yàn)證和背景調(diào)查（在法律允許的情況下）？
