TSC驗(yàn)廠工廠物理安全和貨物安全審核要點(diǎn)

一、General Physical Security TSC驗(yàn)廠工廠物理安全審核要求：
1. Does the facility maintain an external communication system to contact the local law enforcement authorities?
    工廠是否有外部通信系統(tǒng)以聯(lián)絡(luò)當(dāng)?shù)氐膱?zhí)法部門？
(1).emergency contact number list, e.g. Fire, Police, custom and etc...
     緊急聯(lián)絡(luò)電話清單，如消防，公安，海關(guān)等。
(2).telephone available auto alarm system
     保持暢通可用的電話自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)

2. Does the facility have sufficient lighting inside and outside?
    工廠內(nèi)外是否有足夠的照明？
(1).entrances and exits, cargo handling and storage areas, fence lines and parking areas.
     出入口，貨物裝卸和儲(chǔ)存區(qū)，圍墻和停車場。

3. Is there a perimeter fence or wall around the facility?
    工廠是否有圍欄或圍墻設(shè)施？

4. All public and/or private entrances into the facility monitored or secured at all times? (This would include guards, dogs, or monitored by CCTV)
    在任何時(shí)候是否都有方法能溝監(jiān)控到工廠出入口的動(dòng)態(tài)？（包括警衛(wèi)，狗，或監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)）
(1).CCTV system with recording system or
     監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與記錄系統(tǒng)或
(2).24 hours guards with patrolled record
     24小時(shí)警衛(wèi)巡邏記錄
(3).Or there's dog will bark whenever someone approaches then some people will come right away to check what happened
     當(dāng)有人接近時(shí)會(huì)有狗叫提醒警衛(wèi)人員巡視

5. Do all buildings where goods are being produced or stored have secure locks on external doors?
    所有的建筑物，貨物生產(chǎn)區(qū)或儲(chǔ)存區(qū)是否有安全的外部門鎖？

6. Do all manufacturing and warehouse buildings have secure external windows?
    所有生產(chǎn)區(qū)和倉儲(chǔ)區(qū)建筑的外部窗戶是否安全？
 
7. Do the security guards have keys or codes to all locks and alarms on external doors, windows, gates,fences, etc.?

二、Cargo Security TSC驗(yàn)廠貨物安全審核要點(diǎn)：
1. Does the facility have a designated person to monitor the introduction/removal of cargo?
    是否有指定的人來監(jiān)控集裝箱的搬運(yùn)？

2. Are full and empty containers stored in such a way to prevent unauthorized access at all times?
    滿的和空的容器分別以何種方式存儲(chǔ)以防止任何時(shí)間未經(jīng)授權(quán)的訪問?

3. Is the packaging and shipping areas of the facility continuously monitored?(This would include guards,dogs, or monitored by CCTV)
    是否對包裝及運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域的設(shè)備不斷監(jiān)控?(監(jiān)控措施包括保安、狗、或由閉路電視監(jiān)控)

4. Does the facility maintain records for verifying seals on containers?
    工廠是否保存有驗(yàn)證密封容器的記錄？
