1 產(chǎn)品開發(fā) / Product Design    
1.1. 組織      
1.1.1    是否有專業(yè)的、足夠的R&D團隊(學(xué)歷&經(jīng)驗)?
Is there a special and adequate team for Research & Design? (educational background & experience)　
1.2. 流程及系統(tǒng)      
1.2.1    是否有有效的設(shè)計系統(tǒng)/流程(對于成本、生產(chǎn)和客戶的設(shè)計)? Is there a effective design system/ flow (Design for cost, design for manufacturing and design for customer )?
1.2.2    是否有一個專業(yè)的設(shè)計質(zhì)量驗証單位(DQA), 針對設(shè)計不同階段都有驗証和檢討？是否有相應(yīng)的測試報告和記錄? Is there a professional design quality assurance department for validation and review in different design phases? Are there relating test report and records?
1.2.3    新產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)前是否制定規(guī)格書? 根據(jù)不同的零件特性及產(chǎn)品特性, 是否制定相應(yīng)測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和項目? 是否有相應(yīng)的測試報告和記錄? Is the specification made before MP of new product? According to different component character and parameter, are there relating test standards and test items? Are there relating test report and records?
1.2.4    "開發(fā)階段的問題點是否持續(xù)跟進及結(jié)案? 重大的案例分析是否做成報告做教育訓(xùn)練及經(jīng)驗傳存.

1.3. 設(shè)計能力      
 1.3.1     是否有技術(shù)發(fā)展方向存在？產(chǎn)品是否有可持續(xù)發(fā)展計劃？ Does a technology roadmap exist? Is product development schedule followed?  
 1.3.2     是否有合理的程序為技術(shù)交流/發(fā)行和專利申請？是否有效的貫徹實施？Is there a proper procedure for technology communication / publishing and patent application? Is it be implemented adquately and effectively? (Take an example)
 1.4. 設(shè)計管控      
 1.4.1     是否有專業(yè)的、足夠的實驗室來作研究？是否有足夠的信賴性（可靠性）測試儀器？ Is there a special and adequate Lab for Research ? are there some adequate reliability test equipment? Life test etc……  ？
 1.4.2      是否具備新產(chǎn)品的圖紙設(shè)計及產(chǎn)出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)規(guī)范的能力？Do you have the capability to create your own Manufacturing Drawings and Work Instructions for new projects?
