4.Proof of physical ill-treatment or proved excessive disciplinary measures 
  經證實的身體虐待或 過分的懲戒措施
5.Weekly working hours exceeded 72 hours  周工作時間超72小時
6.Normal  regular  paid less  than  local  minimum wage,  OT payment  are not  paid or  OT payment below the normal regular paid 
  低于當地最低工資，沒有任何加班費或加班費低于正班工資
7.Any  critical  observation  regarding  health  &  safety  (such  as,  Lack  of  emergency  exits;  No  fire fighting equipment at all, exposed messy wires on the work floor which may cause fire, etc.)
