綠色：100% - 90%（不容忍零容忍或違反關(guān)鍵行為）
批準條件/24個月，沒有糾正行動計劃,下一次半宣布的全面再審計在24個月后（*除高風險國家，必須每年審計）
Green:90% - 100% (no Zero Tolerance or Critical violations)
“Approved” = audit will suffice for *24 months with no corrective action plan Next semi-unannounced full re-audit in *24 months (*except high risk countries which must be audited EVERY year)


黃色：60% < 90%
批準條件/ 12個月
下半年未宣布全面再審核12個月
Yellow:60% - <90%
Approved with conditions/ 12 month CAP
Next semi-unannounced full re-audit in 12 months


橙色：< 60%個關(guān)鍵的違規(guī)行為（沒有零容忍違規(guī)行為）
批準條件/ 6個月
6個月內(nèi)未宣布的后續(xù)審計/半未滿12個月內(nèi)全部再審核
Orange:<60% Critical violations (no Zero Tolerance violations)
