ICTI 審核時間規(guī)定

All ICTI certificate applicants should be aware of the 

following conditions in respect to the time limitations on 

factory audit, please make sure the below instructions were 

received and will be followed: 

根據(jù)ICTI審核的具體規(guī)定，請貴公司留意并遵守以下關(guān)于審核時間安排的具體要求：

1. Each applicant factory must complete the factory 

audit and got approved for confirmation seal by the TAB before 

expiration of the valid period which is twelve (12) months 

from the date of registration.

自登記之日起工廠申請的有效期為一年，工廠應(yīng)在一年內(nèi)完全符合并通過ICTI審核。

2.Each factory is allowed to have a maximum of one 

full factory audit plus two follow-up audits within the same 

valid period. Otherwise, such factory would automatically be 

rejected. 

在申請的有效期內(nèi)工廠有三次機會通過審核，包括初次審核，第一次跟進審核及第二次跟進審核。

3.The first factory audit should carry out within 

three months of registration date.First follow-up audits must 

be performed no later than six months of the first initial 

full factory audit. Any other subsequent follow-up audit must 

be done within four months from the very last audit date.

自登記之日起三個月內(nèi)必須進行初次審核，第一次跟進審核必須在初次審核后六個月內(nèi)進行，第二次跟進審核必須在前一次審核后四個月之內(nèi)進行。

4.Any factory got rejected and/or does not get 

recommended and approved for confirmation seal within the 

twelve month valid period would have their name removed from 

the applicant list . The name would need to be re-registered 

with ICTI as a new applicant no sooner than three months from 

the expiration of the original valid period.

如果工廠在一年的有效期內(nèi)沒有通過認證，工廠需要在第一次登記有效期結(jié)束后三個月之后再重新登記。

5.ICTI certificat is valid for one year. Factory 

having their current Confirmation Seal expiringwithin three 

months is required to schedule with SGS for the annual audit。

ICTI證書的有效期為一年，每年需要進行年度審核，工廠需要在證書有效期屆滿前三個月聯(lián)系SGS確認年度審核時間。

6.Unannounced annual audit of factory should be taken 

place between 2 to 6 weeks before expiration of ICTI 

certificate.

SGS公司會在證書到期前二到六周內(nèi)對工廠進行不預(yù)先通知的年審。

7.All annual audits should be completed and audit 

reports submitted to ICTIno later than two months from the 

expiration of date of the last certificate.

工廠應(yīng)在證書有效期屆滿后兩個月內(nèi)通過年審并被重新推薦。

There is the standard requirement of time limitation of ICTI 

audit period, any extension period should granted by ICTI at 

the sole discretion of the TAB due to any unresolved issue(s) 

that may need longer time to complete the audit. 

以上規(guī)定為ICTI認證的標準，任何不能按此時間進行的審核或延期申請需要得到ICTI的書面批準后才可以安排審核。
