 3.1.1 針對(duì)新材料，是否有技術(shù)發(fā)展方向存在？ Does a technology roadmap for new base material  exist?

 3.1.4 是否有足夠的分析驗(yàn)証機(jī)制來(lái)適應(yīng)新材料? Is there an adequate  mechanism branch to analyse and verify  the new material ?
 3.1.5 是否有足夠的分析驗(yàn)証機(jī)制來(lái)適應(yīng)新設(shè)備? Is there an adequate  mechanism branch to analyse and verify  the new equipment ?

 3.1.7 是否有合理的機(jī)制來(lái)確認(rèn)生產(chǎn)工程和制造工程的能力(比如培訓(xùn)記錄，教育背景或經(jīng)驗(yàn)等) Is there any branch  verify the capability for production engineering and manufatureing engineering (such as training record and educational background or  experience etc.,)
 3.1.8 是否有合理的樣品試產(chǎn)流程并被執(zhí)行和驗(yàn)証? Is there a proper procedure for sample trial run and be followed?
 3.1.9 是否具備新產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)規(guī)范的能力？Do you have the capability to create your own work Instructions for new projects? 
 3.1.10 是否有系統(tǒng)的流程設(shè)備技術(shù)能力滿足客戶產(chǎn)品要求?有無(wú)相應(yīng)的文件編號(hào)? In order to satisfy the customer , is there system to define the capability of process and equipment ?How about the file NO?
 3.1.11 關(guān)于具體的每項(xiàng)新物料， 新設(shè)備，新生產(chǎn)線，新工藝的認(rèn)可過(guò)程/規(guī)范等是否有文件保存并編號(hào)? Is there  documented procedure for new material ,new machine,new production line, new technics?
 3.1.12 是否有協(xié)助客戶參與產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)同時(shí)提出建設(shè)性建議并被客戶采納?Can you join in customer's design and advice been accepted by customer?
 3.1.13 是否有計(jì)劃地或按客戶需求對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行知識(shí)培訓(xùn)?Do you provide component knowledge training by your schedule or by customer request? 
 3.1.14 能否及時(shí)提供足夠的零組件樣品給客戶用以零件承認(rèn)和環(huán)保要求測(cè)試,可靠性測(cè)試? Can you submit the adequate free sample to customer in time to test (ie: New component approve, XRF test) 
 3.1.15 能否及時(shí)提供合適的相關(guān)文件資料給客戶? (如：RoHS 符合性文件，測(cè)試報(bào)告，材質(zhì)証明等) Can you submit the relevant document or report to customer in time? (ie: RoHS compliance document, test report, material certification, etc.)
 3.1.16 是否有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)工具或治具的能力 (沖壓、鉆孔、成型、固定、自動(dòng)操作) Do you have the capability to design and manufacture tool and fixture on site?  (Stamping, punching, forming, fixtures and automation)
 3.1.17 是否有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修、改善工具和治具的能力？Do you have the capability of tool and fixture repair and upgrade on site?　
 3.1.18 是否有能力測(cè)量和監(jiān)控設(shè)備？（提供ＧＲＲ目標(biāo)）Do you have the capability to measure and monitor equipments  (Provide GRR targets)?
 3.1.19 有無(wú)專業(yè)的工程師做失效分析？Are there special engineers for failure analysis?　
 3.1.20 能否積極協(xié)助客戶進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品失效分析并及時(shí)提交分析與改善報(bào)告? Can you be active to support customer on product failure analysis and submit prompt FA / CA report to customer?
 3.1.21 有無(wú)產(chǎn)品出售后之不良分析程序(RMA 規(guī)范) ?Is there RMA criterion?
 3.1.22 ECN/PCN是否描述詳細(xì)，如變更內(nèi)容，變更原因等?  Do you make detail ECN/PCN when need ?
 3.1.23 ECN/PCN時(shí)相關(guān)部門人員是否了解及作對(duì)應(yīng)措施?  Does correlative worker know about the ECN/PCN in time and take messure ?
 3.1.24 制造命令的變更是否有流程定義? 如何定義？How do you define the ECN/PCN ?
 3.1.25 ECN和PCN變更是否有及時(shí)通知客戶知曉？Do you send ECN/PCN to costomer in time ?
