3.1.7 是否有合理的機制來確認生產工程和制造工程的能力(比如培訓記錄,教育背景或經驗等) Is there any branch verify the capability for production engineering and manufatureing engineering (such as training record and educational background or experience etc.,)
3.1.8 是否有合理的樣品試產流程并被執(zhí)行和驗証? Is there a proper procedure for sample trial run and be followed?
3.1.9 是否具備新產品的產出標準作業(yè)規(guī)范的能力?Do you have the capability to create your own work Instructions for new projects?
3.1.10 是否有系統(tǒng)的流程設備技術能力滿足客戶產品要求?有無相應的文件編號? In order to satisfy the customer , is there system to define the capability of process and equipment ?How about the file NO?
3.1.11 關于具體的每項新物料, 新設備,新生產線,新工藝的認可過程/規(guī)范等是否有文件保存并編號? Is there documented procedure for new material ,new machine,new production line, new technics?
3.1.12 是否有協(xié)助客戶參與產品設計同時提出建設性建議并被客戶采納?Can you join in customer's design and advice been accepted by customer?
3.1.13 是否有計劃地或按客戶需求對客戶進行知識培訓?Do you provide component knowledge training by your schedule or by customer request?
3.1.14 能否及時提供足夠的零組件樣品給客戶用以零件承認和環(huán)保要求測試,可靠性測試? Can you submit the adequate free sample to customer in time to test (ie: New component approve, XRF test)
3.1.15 能否及時提供合適的相關文件資料給客戶? (如:RoHS 符合性文件,測試報告,材質証明等) Can you submit the relevant document or report to customer in time? (ie: RoHS compliance document, test report, material certification, etc.)
3.1.16 是否有現(xiàn)場研發(fā)、設計工具或治具的能力 (沖壓、鉆孔、成型、固定、自動操作) Do you have the capability to design and manufacture tool and fixture on site? (Stamping, punching, forming, fixtures and automation)
3.1.17 是否有現(xiàn)場維修、改善工具和治具的能力?Do you have the capability of tool and fixture repair and upgrade on site?

3.1.21 有無產品出售后之不良分析程序(RMA 規(guī)范) ?Is there RMA criterion?
3.1.22 ECN/PCN是否描述詳細,如變更內容,變更原因等? Do you make detail ECN/PCN when need ?
3.1.23 ECN/PCN時相關部門人員是否了解及作對應措施? Does correlative worker know about the ECN/PCN in time and take messure ?
3.1.24 制造命令的變更是否有流程定義? 如何定義?How do you define the ECN/PCN ?
3.1.25 ECN和PCN變更是否有及時通知客戶知曉?Do you send ECN/PCN to costomer in time ?
