HBI驗(yàn)廠零容忍審核項(xiàng)概述

企業(yè)在進(jìn)行HBI驗(yàn)廠評(píng)審時(shí)如果查出有以下零容忍審核項(xiàng)將會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致HBI驗(yàn)廠不通過：

1、Wages & Benefits 工資和福利
   (1). Prolonged non-payment of wages 長(zhǎng)期不支付工資

2、Child Labor 童工
   (1). Current Child Labor 當(dāng)前童工

3、Prison / Forced Labor 監(jiān)獄/強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)
   (1). Workers imprisoned / locked in factory. 工人被關(guān)在工廠里。
   (2). Use of bonded, forced, or prison labor. 使用保稅，強(qiáng)迫或監(jiān)獄勞動(dòng)。
   (3). Withholding passports or work permits. 暫扣護(hù)照或工作許可證。

4、Disciplinary Practices 紀(jì)律措施
   (1). Physical punishment or abuse. 體罰或虐待。
   (2). Sexual harassment. 性騷擾。
   (3). Locking workers in dormitories 鎖工人宿舍

5、Woman’s rights 女性的權(quán)利
   (1). Pregnancy testing 孕檢

6、Health & Safety  健康和安全
   (1). Very severe danger which may lead to fatality  非常嚴(yán)重的危險(xiǎn)，可能導(dǎo)致死亡

7、Access Denied  拒絕訪問
   (1). Upon physical visit  物理訪問
   (2). Via the telephone  電話訪問
