Documents listed below should be provided (where applicable) for audit purposes by factory management. This list may be sent in advance of the audit visit.
工廠應(yīng)提供下列文件（如適用）以配合審計(jì)，此列表可能提前發(fā)送至工廠作為TSC驗(yàn)廠審計(jì)訪問。

1. Employee Documentation  員工文檔
1). Employee contracts / terms & conditions of employment
    員工合同/條款及就業(yè)條件
2). Employee files (including employment application, discipline letters, etc.)
    員工檔案（包括就業(yè)申請，紀(jì)律信件等）
3). Proof of age documentation (copies of identification cards, birth certificates, medical clearance, etc.)
    年齡證明文件，（身份證，出生證明，體檢合格證明等復(fù)印件）
4). Medical check report
    體檢報(bào)告

2. Facility Policies and Procedures  TSC驗(yàn)廠工廠規(guī)程及合法證照審查
1). Business and factory building maintenance licenses, Health Dept approval for canteen & kitchen
    工廠營業(yè)執(zhí)照及其他合法證件，食堂和廚房衛(wèi)生部批準(zhǔn)文件

3. Payroll Documents  TSC驗(yàn)廠工資文件審查內(nèi)容
1). Payroll records for peak and non-peak seasons for the current three months

1).  First aid kits list: Adhesive bandages, Flexible fabric bandages, Compress pad bandages, Elastic bandages, Ammonia inhalants, Instant cold packs, Burn cream,Cotton balls, First aid cream, Disposable gloves, Adhesive tape, Forceps (tweezers),Eye wash, Antiseptic wipes, Alcohol.
   急救箱列表：粘性繃帶，彈性織物的壓縮墊繃帶，繃帶，彈性繃帶，氨吸入劑，即時(shí)冰袋，燒傷膏，棉花球，急救霜，一次性手套，膠帶，鉗（鑷），洗眼，消毒濕巾，酒精。
