ICS驗(yàn)廠審核簡(jiǎn)介

    聲明：以下信息供所有ics驗(yàn)廠申請(qǐng)者參考，這只是基于客戶要求的審核指引概要，它是為貴方關(guān)于審核 的準(zhǔn)備而設(shè)計(jì)，并不意味著貴方僅需要為審核員提供以下信息，審核員在審核過(guò)程中可根據(jù)實(shí)際 情況要求審核更多的文件/信息.
   Declaration: Below information is for all applicants reference only and it is just a brief of the  audit’s  introduction  which  is  base  on client’s  requirements,  it  is  designed  for  your preparation  with  regard  to  the  audits.  It  doesn’t  mean  you  just  need  to  provide  below information for the auditors, auditors may require more uments/information according to actual situation during the audit.

1. Audit Type:  ics認(rèn)證驗(yàn)廠審核類型
COC audit：社會(huì)責(zé)任審核
Announce audit:  通知審核

2. Audit Scope ICS驗(yàn)廠審核范圍 :
1) Initial audit: at least the last 12 month records of working hour and  wage should be provided.  For  new  factories,  need  to  provide  the  working  hours  and  wage  from  the factory opened till the audit date with at least 3 month records for audit.
首次審核： 需提供至少最近 12  個(gè)月的工資工時(shí)記錄?如果是新廠，需提供從開(kāi)廠至審核當(dāng)天且至少有 3 個(gè)月的工資工時(shí)記錄
2) Follow up audit: Need to provide the working hours and wage from the previous audit till the current audit date with at least 3 month records for audit.
跟進(jìn)審核：需要提供從上次審核之后且至少三個(gè)月的工資工時(shí)記錄
3）All area under the same business license of the audited facility will be covered.
同一營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照下的所有范圍都覆蓋
