1、 Product Testing SQP驗(yàn)廠-產(chǎn)品測(cè)試

A suitable, sufficient and validated testing regime shall be in place to ensure the safe, legal production of products to the required quality. Results from the programme shall be recorded, reviewed and stored securely
是否有適當(dāng)?shù)尿?yàn)證測(cè)試制度，以確保安全，合法生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品所要求的質(zhì)量。項(xiàng)目結(jié)果從程序應(yīng)予以記錄，審查和安全存儲(chǔ)。

1.1  Does the company assess the need for product testing? In case no testing is required, does the company have a documented justification and review at least annually?
公司有沒(méi)有對(duì)產(chǎn)品是否需要檢測(cè)進(jìn)行評(píng)估，如果不需要檢測(cè)，那公司有沒(méi)有文件要求至少一年檢查或者調(diào)整一次。

1.2  Is there a documented testing procedure/programme established for each product or a group of similar products?
是否有文件規(guī)定每個(gè)產(chǎn)品或者一組類似產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試步驟或項(xiàng)目。

1.3  If yes, does the testing procedure/programme include the following:如果有，那測(cè)試步驟是否包括以下項(xiàng)目
  A.different stages (e.g., pre-production, production) at which testing is to be performed    哪些測(cè)試對(duì)應(yīng)哪個(gè)階段（產(chǎn)前，生產(chǎn)）
  B. test sampling plan   測(cè)試樣品準(zhǔn)備
  C. test specification     測(cè)試規(guī)則
  D. pass or fail criteria   過(guò)與不過(guò)的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1.4  Is the testing of critical parameters undertaken by accredited laboratory (in-house or third party) or the customer‘s designated testing laboratories as agreed?
測(cè)試中的評(píng)判參數(shù)是否是由可信的實(shí)驗(yàn)室提供（公司內(nèi)部，第三方實(shí)驗(yàn)室）或者已經(jīng)得到認(rèn)可的客人的實(shí)驗(yàn)室

1.5  Where testing is carried our by third parties, does the company clearly defined the testing requirements including the reference to number, date and version of the test standard or method to be used?
如果測(cè)試是由第三方來(lái)完成，那么公司有沒(méi)有清楚表明測(cè)試要求，包括相應(yīng)的編號(hào)，日期，實(shí)驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的差異以及所用的方法。

1.6  When test results are outside the defined specification, are they evaluated and
reviewed by a nominated person responsible for safety, legality and quality?
當(dāng)測(cè)試是由外面擊缶提供的詳細(xì)規(guī)格，那他們是由是由一個(gè)認(rèn)可的人來(lái)評(píng)估，檢查的，這個(gè)人就要為產(chǎn)品的安全，合法，質(zhì)量來(lái)負(fù)責(zé)了。

1.7  Where necessary, are corrective action taken and documented?
當(dāng)有需要時(shí)，正確合理的措施也會(huì)被采納，并記錄在案。


2、 Product Claims SQP驗(yàn)廠-產(chǎn)品要求

2.1  Where necessary, does the company carry out quantity checks to verify the pack contents conforms to legislative requirements and / or specified customer requirement
in the region where the product is available for sale?
  有需要的話，公司會(huì)不會(huì)進(jìn)行抽查來(lái)驗(yàn)證包裝的東西符合相關(guān)法律要求或者相應(yīng)客人在那個(gè)區(qū)域的銷售要求

2.2  Does a quantity checking frequency and methodology comply with minimum legislative requirements, where applicable?
   公司抽查的頻率和方法是否和法律規(guī)定的最小量符合

2.3  Are quantity markings on the product or pack accurate and in compliance with legislative requirements of the country of sale?
   產(chǎn)品上的數(shù)量和準(zhǔn)確包裝的標(biāo)記是否和法律規(guī)定的銷售要求相符

2.4  When there are claims about the product (e.g., weight, dimensions, function), does the company perform claim verification (by test, measurement or data available) to ensure that products meet the stated claim?
   當(dāng)有產(chǎn)品描述時(shí)（重量，尺寸，作用），公司是否有聲明其差異性（通過(guò)測(cè)試，測(cè)量或有效數(shù)據(jù)）以確保產(chǎn)品達(dá)到所說(shuō)要求

2.5  Does the company undertake product-in-use evaluations, testing and/or reliability trials and/or shelf-life evaluations, where appropriate?
   公司有沒(méi)有產(chǎn)品可用檢測(cè)評(píng)估，測(cè)試或者可信賴的判斷或者壽命評(píng)估
