UL驗(yàn)廠環(huán)境評(píng)估要求

UL驗(yàn)廠審核環(huán)境評(píng)估要求：

1. The auditors will have to verify if the manufacturing processes written in the EIA report is the same as the real picture found in the facility.
   查看工廠的生產(chǎn)工序是否和環(huán)評(píng)報(bào)告相符。
2. The  auditors  will  inspect  all  designated  activities  to  check  if  the  suggested mitigation  measures  (in government  approval  condition  within EIA report) have been implemented on site.
   查看工廠是否有執(zhí)行環(huán)評(píng)批復(fù)上的污染防治要求。
3. Whether the factory has taken effective actions to reduce the water and energy consumption.
   工廠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是否有采取節(jié)水和節(jié)能的措施。
4. Whether the factory has used the groundwater or water from river/lake.
   工廠是否有使用地下水或者湖水河水。
5. Water consumption measurement device in place 工廠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是否有安裝水表。
6. Based on observation, sumps/pits receiving wastewater are in good condition and of Sound integrity。
   工廠內(nèi)的廢水處理設(shè)施是否運(yùn)行良好。
7. No illegal discharge of industrial wastewater. 沒(méi)有偷排工業(yè)廢水。
8. No spills or leaks to the environment observed (Industrial wastewater)。 廢水處理站和管道沒(méi)有泄露的情況。
9. No abnormal emissions to air are discernible across the site and at the site Perimeter。
   廢氣處理設(shè)施運(yùn)行正常，沒(méi)有明顯異常的廢氣排放。
10. The hazardous waste and general waste are stored properly. Label is provided for hazardous waste containers.
    危險(xiǎn)廢棄物和一般廢棄物儲(chǔ)存良好。危險(xiǎn)廢棄物容器有標(biāo)示。
11. Spill response materials/equipment (e.g. granules etc.) are available in close proximity to containers of liquid wastes。
    液態(tài)危險(xiǎn)廢棄物有提供二次容器。
12. Chemicals are managed in compliance with legal requirement, including label, secondary containment, MSDS, emergency response facilities.      
    化學(xué)品管理良好，包括標(biāo)簽，二次容器，MSDS和緊急處理設(shè)施。
13. Emergency response plan for major incident is posted in the risk area.
    重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)域有張貼緊急響應(yīng)預(yù)案。
14. There are no emissions (including odor, noise, visual and general housekeeping) to air, water or land that have the potential to cause nuisance to surrounding neighbors。
    現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是否有明顯的滋擾源，例如臭味，噪音等。
