| 2 | UL contacts factory/supplier to confirm audit date. UL聯(lián)系工廠/供應(yīng)商并確定審核日期。 | Site Touring 70% 現(xiàn)場觀察 |
| 3 | UL performs on-site audit. UL進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場審核。 | Document Review 10% 文件評審 |
| 4 | UL issues formal report to Morrisons within 3 working days after audit completion. UL于審核完成后3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)發(fā)給Morrisons正式審核報(bào)告。 | Draft Reporting 5%草稿報(bào)告 Note: any obersvations or non conformamce will be discussed |
