1) Factory organizational chart & floor plan  (工廠的組織機構(gòu)圖及平面圖)  21) Business license & Taxation registration  (工廠營業(yè)執(zhí)照及稅務登記) 

2)  Worker handbook incl. factory rules & regulation, worker benefit, termination etc.
(員工手冊 (包括廠規(guī),廠紀 如: 對員工表現(xiàn)的評估系統(tǒng),工廠的獎懲制度,工資制度等2 員工福利, 解除合同的程式等)

3) Worker voluntary overtime working record/document (工人志愿加班記錄/檔)

4) Labour contract (勞動合同)

5) Recruitment material such as advertisements, hiring practice description.

6) Orientation/training provides to new comers including factory organization, history, policies, regulations, systems, health, safety & environmental regulation etc.
(新員工的培訓記錄, 如：對工廠的介紹, 廠規(guī)廠紀, 安全環(huán)保的規(guī)定, 注意事項等)

7) Social insurance record; Occupational accident insurance record.
