歐尚驗廠（質量項）文件清單

關于歐尚客人驗廠需要知道和準備的資料如下，請仔細閱讀并準備：

評估的程序：首先，將與貴廠管理層進行會議討論，包括董事，生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理，質量經(jīng)理和銷售行政，確認各項文書；然后依據(jù)貴廠提供的“生產(chǎn)流程表”逐一參觀整個生產(chǎn)流程。
 
為了提高效率，您將收到隨函附上“工廠信息表”和“社會責任評估所需文件清單”供貴廠在我方來訪前準備。如果貴廠能夠在我方來訪前將“工廠信息表”填妥并回復給我方尊敬的質量工程師，則將對此次評估更加便利。

此次拜訪主要是評估一下三個部分：
1.質量評估 – 工廠的質量管理和生產(chǎn)能力評估
2.社會評估 – 工廠的社會組織結構
3.環(huán)境評估 – 工廠的環(huán)境組織結構
 
對于貴方持有的任何評論和碰到的疑問，請隨時和我方尊敬的質量工程師或者社會/質量監(jiān)管員聯(lián)系。

 工廠質量評估所需文件清單如下
1)      Copy of Certification Document  for ISO9001 / QS9000 (if it is certified or in the process of being) - ISO 9001 / QS 9000 認證證書
2)      Organization Chart and Job Description (this document must be provided to QA of Auchan while visiting your factory) – 組織人事結構圖表（此份文件請務必在參觀工廠前交于歐尚質量員）
3)      Manufacturing Process Flowing Chart (this document must be provided to QA of Auchan while visiting your factory) -  生產(chǎn)工藝流程圖（此份文件請務必在參觀工廠前交于歐尚質量員）
4)      Quality Handbook and Procedure Document –質量手冊和程序文件
5)      Purchasing Contract or List for All Raw Material or All Accessories –原輔材料采購合同或采購單
6)      Testing Report or Conformity Certificate for Critical Components  –關鍵原料的測試報告
7)      List of All suppliers or Sub-contractors and Relevant Factory Audit Report -  所有供應商和外協(xié)廠名單及相關審核文件
8)      Manufacturing Task List for Each Order -生產(chǎn)任務制造（指令）單
9)      Operation Recommendation Book or Instruction for Each Process -  每道工序的操作指導書或優(yōu)劣標準
10)  Records of All Training for Each Operator/Worker and QC –操作工人和檢驗員的培訓記錄
11)  Preventive Program for Non-Value-Added Routines –對可能出現(xiàn)情況的預防措施
12)  The Inspection/Test Standard Involved with Each Process - 各道工序的檢驗標準
13)  All Records of Control and Test Involved with Incoming Inspection, Tour/Process -  Inspection, Final Inspection and Random Inspection -所有檢驗（包括進料檢驗，工序檢驗，最終檢驗和出貨檢驗）的記錄
14)  Example of All Technical Data Sheets for One Specification -例舉一種規(guī)格的所有技術資料
